Currently for custom orders, Curls for Crowns requires a 7 day processing time and up to 5 days for you to receive your order. For Ready to Ship Wigs, Curls for Crowns requires a 3 day processing time and up to 5 days for you to receive your order. Orders are shipped through Canada Post.
- Canada Post Priority Shipping Rate (2-3 Business Days): $10
- Canada Post Express Shipping Rate (1 Business Day): $25
- International Priority Shipping Rate (6-10 Business Days): $30
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.

In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or holidays. Curls for Crowns will not be liable for order arrival under these circumstances.
Processing time can increase due to the amount of orders.
To ensure that we are delivering to the right person/address will we require a signature upon arrival of packaging at the door. If you are not in or unable to sign for your package this will result in it to unfortunately be sent back to your local depot. It is the customers duty to ensure their shipping address is correct. We do not offer refunds for goods that are sent to incorrect addresses. Once product is returned to us, we can offer to re-send it to the correct address once customer has paid for new postage.
Please note we try our best to stock all the most popular styles and colours in store which will be sent out for delivery within 48 hours of order placement. Unfortunately due to a large range of colours and styles, if the item is not in stock we will notify you via email within 24 hours and delivery time is estimated between 5-7 business days.
Custom Fees and Import Taxes

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Curls for Crowns and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Curls for Crowns does not cover additional customs fee charges. Curls for Crowns is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

Please look at our aftercare section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control.

Please ensure that you test all hair products by carrying out a 24 hour patch test before use. Please refer to the product pages for more details.

We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.

Return/Exchange Policy
​
Curls for Crowns strives to provide amazing customer service to all of our customers. Therefore in cases where your order may be wrong, we will happily accept the hair back in return for your correct order. Hair must not be altered and in the same condition received. We have the right to decline if items are not in their original state.
​
Unfortunately, due to sanitary concerns all wigs and hair will be final sale. This includes change of mind due to choice of style and/or colour or glue type. Please ensure the correct colour or style preference is correctly chosen before purchasing. Please read the description before purchasing hair systems to see what is best suited for you. If you have any concerns with your order please contact customer service to receive further details on how we can resolve your issues.
